The Guide to Complete Self Realization
- A fast-track path to wholeness

Introduction

This Guide started off as nothing more than a presentation of the set of self realization affirmations which I was developing in September 2007. It has been not only the progressive growth and deepening of the set of affirmations, but also my progressive addition of explanatory notes relating to the affirmations which has produced a far more powerful, concise and direct guide to self realization than anything else I've seen - and it has the distinction of being the only such guide I've ever seen which cuts right through all the astral sourced distortions and fictions that are in virtually all spiritual 'teachings' and spiritual guidance literature.

Does this mean I'm guaranteeing that what follows in this Guide is totally free of astral sourced distortions or fictions? -- No. Nobody on Planet Earth could know that they were completely free from all astral influence when writing such material - especially as the astral forces do their utmost to 'nobble' anyone such as myself who goes upsetting their apple cart and both exposing their myriad schemes and tricks upon us and who is now, after a period of major disruption from the astral forces*, showing the real way forward out of the morass of unawareness and confusion which they have created for us. I've been well aware of astral entities continually making attempts to interfere with my writing what is in this Guide, so there are no grounds for complacency, and it is ALWAYS up to you to be vigilant yourself to filter out any astral-sourced distortions that may come to you from any source, including myself. You and only you are responsible for your life and how it develops. Relying upon another person as your guide / mentor / source of Truth is a recipe for disaster, not enlightenment! The way forward is for you to use your own deepest, most aware discernment to use what genuinely takes you forward and to filter out the rest.

Although the affirmations in this Guide are potentially extremely powerful if used regularly as I indicate, it would be unrealistic to rely on them alone, for one also needs to take various positive and indeed healing measures in one's life. I recommend these affirmations, therefore, as part of a multi-prong strategy for self healing / self realization / entity removal. When used in this way, the affirmations will actually make ALL other self healing and self realization methods that you use considerably more effective, quite apart from any direct healing / self realization effect of reading them.

The original starting point for these affirmations was a set of so-called affirmations by Steve Gamble and a set of 'declarations of intent' for external energetic interference (EEI) removal by Dalibor Zaviska.

The links to these individuals' websites are given here for the purpose of authenticity and do not reflect any recommendation of either of them, for they both have shown themselves to have significant problems.

I describe Steve Gamble's 'affirmations' as 'so-called' because they were actually mostly not affirmations but prayer and therefore, even though containing many good points, were actually disempowering. When I suggested to Steve certain improvements to his 'affirmations' he publicly berated me on his website's forum, insisting that he'd got them all correct and free from disempowering dark force ("archon") influence, and that I myself was under the control of such entities in finding fault with his 'affirmations', and, according to him, any different version that I came out with wouldn't be effective because of the interference I was getting from entities. He was not interested in discussing the matter with me - only in insisting he was right and I was wrong and being led by astral forces. In the particular context it was pretty clear that he wanted his followers to see me as being led by astral or dark forces and thus as a 'broken' teacher for everybody to steer well clear of - a point that I need hardly comment on further!

To be fair to Steve, my suggestions at that time were not 100% 'there', and Steve did make the valid point that the term 'Universal Consciousness' which I was suggesting then had been widely used in mystical traditions which were actually adulterated by the dark forces, and thus that term is best avoided even if it is technically what I would want to use. That indeed is why I do not use that term in the Affirmations below.

His response underlined what I saw in his 'affirmations' - that he himself was not as free of astral  ('dark force') control as he believed (my impression is that NOBODY is totally clear of such influences; that particularly includes those who believe that they are clear of them), and, with the extremely worthy intention of producing a fully 'in-the-Light' and empowering set of affirmations he had actually produced just another set of dark-force-adulterated prayers (addressed to "the light which animates me and gives life to all things living", which unhelpfully implies that one is separate from Source and receives one's life force as a gift from 'On High') which would make people believe that they were getting themselves clear of astral influence while actually keeping themselves disempowered and helping to maintain it.

Later note - On 10th November 2007 somebody very sensibly made a post on Steve Gamble's forum, drawing his attention to this page, and the following is what Steve had to say about it and me:

In my opinion he simply does not fully understand the significant difference between the soul/consciousness and the Spirit/Light that animates ALL living things. I also feel that he is deluding himself with these affirmations and thereby misleading his readers. The following statement shows this very clearly.

"Each section of Dalibor Zaviska's Declarations of Intent, all of which are strongly supplicational in format and tone, finishes with thanks to the supposedly Divine beings which are being asked to carry out the various tasks to assist one, and Steve Gamble's 'affirmations' commence with "I thank the light that animates me and all living things". What you do when you thank any such postulated source is to reinforce the notion that it is an external source and not your own core essence, which latter is the highest source and therefore what you really need to be getting to help you (more) - and in doing that thanking and thus denying the true nature of your core essence you massively give away your own power."

From what I have read, in the main, these affirmations will only enhance astral entities. I also feel that this is typical of the way the astral and their attachments get people to stray from the simple truth of just WHAT animates us - THE SPIRIT - and why THIS is THE only way in which we CAN purify the soul/consciousness. Just more astral excuses in my opinion and not worth any consideration. Doesn't actually surprise me though as he was a member of this group for a while and even then tried to change the affirmations into something astral-reinforcing.

...Which underlines my point about him seeing 'the Ultimate' as being something separate from us, and thus unwittingly running the astral agenda himself, and clearly being unwilling to question himself at all, and openly dismissing as 'astral led' anybody who dissents from his 'Party line'. Also, just repeating a view, SHOUTING bits of it for emphasis (like Margaret Thatcher when she as British Prime Minister was shouting at everyone "THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE!", as though that proved anything to be true) demonstrates a religion-like belief rather than an outlook born in awareness and true insight.

I should also point out that I know of other people who see some important things (as well as some questionable things) in Steve's writings but are disturbed by his combativeness when questioned or challenged in any way, and who feel that he is trying to control people rather than encourage them to think for themselves and find their own true answers. That is all a sign that he himself is interfered with by entities, and his rather paranoid aggressive-defensive behaviour, together with my own 'reading' by means of energy testing, point to his having a partial walk-in. So, this isn't a matter of just me myself having some sort of personality clash with him.

Update on this matter (13th November 2007) - It turns out that Steve has been watching this page, and reacted in an authoritarian and even paranoid manner to my report above on his response to my affirmations, writing in an intimidatory and bullying manner to the person who he believed had shared with me some reservations about him (Steve) and his views, urging that person to send him copies of all e-mails I'd sent to the fellow. Steve subsequently ejected the person from his forum - all because that fellow had corresponded with me and shared with me a view dissenting from some aspects of Steve's own view. Maybe I've missed something here, but I'd always imagined that genuine teachers taught first and foremost by living example! I suppose the explanation here is that Steve sees himself as an authority on his subject. 

I would gently and lovingly suggest that if the likes of Steve took on the methodology which I present in Healing and Self Realization - The Safest and Quickest Way), they could get three tremendous benefits which they're not getting at the moment:

• A personal energy testing method which would indicate to them which of their choices or actions are or would be strengthening for them and which would be weakening. They would then be able to live with true 'positive intent', keeping consistently clear of unhelpful emotional reactions and the controlling influences of astral forces. They would also be able to establish reliably whether any healing methods or devices of theirs are truly beneficial or actually harmful. My own energy testing results suggest that users of Steve's Universal Harmonisers and other devices would do well to use that testing method on them to see how beneficial or otherwise those devices really are for them personally. 
• A set of powerful practices which, especially combined with the 'living with intent' facilitated by energy testing, would speedily and consistently clear out their various issues, including any entities and astral connections, whether they were aware of them or not. These methods are thus very un-threatening, because you don't have to presuppose that you still have any astral interference in order for the methods to steadily clear it all out. And I say all this not from any belief, but because I've observed it working so powerfully for myself.
• The Clarity-Sphere - a programmed energy device which very greatly facilitates true self realization and the clearance of ALL entities and astral interferences and influences. It is much more effective and comprehensive in its functionality than the respective healing devices made by Steve Gamble and Dalibor Zaviska.

Together with a basic modification of Steve Gamble's 'affirmations' I took a distillation of the essence of a set of Declarations of Intent for the clearance of external energetic interferences (EEIs) by Dalibor Zaviska, and then added a number of particularly important fully original items, so that the end result is a definitive self realization tool that is MUCH more than just an adaptation or reworking of Steve's and Dalibor's work.

I removed all the prayer content and thanking of supposed Divine beings which formed a large proportion of Dalibor's original, for I saw all that as adulteration from 'the dark side', even though Dalibor on various occasions insisted to me that he had no interference from dark entities, nor indeed any EEIs at all - a claim which I would take with a shovelful of salt no matter who makes it, for, as I say, NOBODY can absolutely know that (s)he is free of astral / dark force control / interference / influence, never mind what means they have to supposedly test for such interference, and as far as I can see, the signs are that NOBODY that I know of is fully free of it.

Later note (December 2007) - In late December 2007 I had cause and opportunity to point out to Dalibor in some detail a good selection of the overwhelming evidence of his being influenced and indeed to a certain extent controlled by astral forces. His response was every bit as irrational and born of control agenda as was Steve Gamble's response to me detailed above - albeit in a courteous and patronizing manner rather than Steve's hostile and aggressive one.

People with unaware control agendas have a way of always making out that they are right and the person who challenges them is wrong, twisting around and distorting everything the challenger says which is presenting a challenge - and that is just what Dalibor did to me, in a longish and patronizing, 'courteously abusive' e-mail replete with sarcastic jibes, inconsistencies and a total unwillingness to examine his own situation more deeply. Indeed, he indicated that he wanted nothing further to do with me (that's fine by me) and even - playing 'little dictator' - asked me to remove from this site all links of mine to his site (something I most certainly will not do on the basis of his request, as it is my decision and not his as to what links I have on this site). Dalibor was even suggesting I quite likely had implants which were causing me to see astral influence in everyone. All just clutching at straws, so that he could feel that I was somehow 'broken' and not worth paying any attention to.

I mention this not to vent some sort of grievance but to make the point that Dalibor, like Steve Gamble, has a serious level of entity interference which distorts his outlook on reality, gives him a highly problematical pattern of seeking to control others, and causes his methodology to be limited in its effectiveness and have some quite seriously problematical aspects. Nobody who is free of serious interference would behave in such a manner as either of these individuals has done towards me and others.

I should point out that Steve Gamble and Dalibor Zaviska are not alone in getting such covert astral influences while apparently believing that they are pretty well clear of them. It's not my intention or wish to appear to be discrediting them, for they are both undoubtedly working with the best of intentions, but it is important to be honest about the pervasiveness of the astral influence which I observe. It is extremely difficult for any 'lightworker'* or spiritual teacher - never mind how high their reputation and supposed degree of realization - to be totally clear of astral or dark force influence, and when people regard themselves as 'lightworkers' or teachers they are all too often not sufficiently disposed towards really deep and aware (and indeed public) self scrutiny and self questioning.

* I put the term 'lightworker' in quotes, because this is a highly problematical expression widely used in the broad 'New Age' movement to signify a person who connects with non-physical energies or entities / beings for supposedly positive purposes such as sending ghosts or other problematical entities to their proper place and out of harm's way for humans.

That term is problematical because it incorporates a confusion widely cultivated by the astral forces, to regard deep levels of consciousness or awareness as 'light', which is usually then perceived as external to ourselves. Like predatory deep sea fish with luminous appendages whose function is to lure their prey into their spectacularly toothy mouths, the 'dark' entities seek to use notions and images of light or Light or The Light to lure us away from true enlightenment and self-realization - which is actually not about light (or dark) at all but instead about opening up our deepest levels of consciousness / awareness.

Indeed, even the term 'enlightenment' is another example of this astral-force permeation of supposedly spiritual traditions, for, as I've just said, what we call spiritual enlightenment is nothing to do with any sort of light, and really is a matter of recognising our deepest levels of consciousness, which we experience as naked awareness without concepts, as our true nature and identity. The Tibetan Buddhist expression, 'the Clear Light', signifying that naked awareness, is another example of this astral influence, helping to obfuscate their teachings about 'enlightenment' so that many people are then lured by 'the Light' actually offered them by the astral forces so that instead of becoming enlightened (i.e. in the true sense that is nothing to do with light), they become ensnared in astral realms or illusory realities, which is just what the astral forces are angling for.

It is so easy, especially for people who are 'lightworkers' and healers to see 'the devil' in other people and not themselves, while believing that they themselves have a fully aware and enlightened outlook and are thus invulnerable to entities and 'dark forces'. I myself am constantly aware of the various insidious ways that astral entities still seek to gain control over me. Does this mean I'm more flawed than teachers who believe that they have no astral interference or influence? -- Surely it's much more likely that I'm simply more self questioning, more diligent in my self scrutiny, and thus more aware of what's really going on, and thus have at least the potential to operate in greater freedom from such influences than anyone who believes that they are clear of them.

This all points to the need to look to one's own core essence and not other people or apparently external non-physical sources for any and all of one's 'guiding' information and healing energies.

Explanatory Notes about the Affirmations

Why I do not refer to 'Light' or 'The Light' in the Affirmations

I use the term 'consciousness' instead of 'Light', because, as already noted in the Introduction, the dark forces seek to mislead people and lure them with simulations of 'Light'. What I mean by dark forces are the forces of power and control and negativity. Just what is their true nature and origin, NOBODY really knows, though various individuals and factions mistakenly believe they know. Are their various stories / scenarios all true, all-but-one untrue, or none of them true? Nobody can tell, and it doesn't help us to pursue such a line of inquiry, because dark entities will simply covertly jump in (posing as higher sources) and give us more stories to confuse us and lead us astray.

These forces manifest through a variety of types of apparently autonomous external non-physical entities, beings, 'spirits' (which can be overtly 'dark' or 'demonic' but in other cases may seem to be beneficial in intent) or indeed what appear to be extra-terrestrials (whether their agenda appears to be negative or positive), which by various means interfere with us and seek to gain control and domination over us.

Although these entities seem largely to be 'external', there is no way that we can know for sure that they are not merely manifestations of part of our minds. Because we cannot absolutely know their true nature it is actually pointless to hold a view on that. Rather, it's best that we respond to them and their interferences simply in what ways work best for us for healing and self realization purposes. Some clearance and healing methods work best through regarding the entities as 'real' and external, while other approaches and methods work best through regarding them as being just thought forms or creations of one's mind. For myself, I use both viewpoints, sometimes even simultaneously, while keeping clear of any belief about what these troublesome manifestations really are.

It's ultimately pointless trying to distinguish between the simulated or 'astral' Light (presented to us by the dark forces) on the one hand and a postulated 'true' or 'Divine' Light on the other as Steve Gamble and various others do. I'm pretty sure that the dark forces themselves have 'guided' Humanity in general to look to 'the Light' for their spiritual advancement and ultimate homecoming, because that points people away from true enlightenment and the true post-death 'homecoming', which is not about experiencing a light or indeed Light, but instead looking inwards and becoming aware of oneself as naked awareness.

Calling the latter a light (e.g. the Clear Light of Tibetan Buddhism) is straightaway creating confusion by encouraging people to look for the experience of some sort of light and thus point themselves away from the unimaginable clarity and simplicity of naked awareness and to be targets for the dark forces' simulations of a supposedly 'real' Light which is liable to entrap us after our death if we haven't already trained ourselves to ignore it and simply look within to our underlying and all pervading naked awareness, which is, as far as anyone can tell, the 'Ultimate'.

You see, the moment we look for the Light (or indeed supposedly higher beings - even 'God' or 'the Holy Spirit') we are actually looking for something less than true enlightenment or the 'Ultimate'!

Why I neither ask nor thank anyone in the Affirmations

Each section of Dalibor Zaviska's Declarations of Intent, all of which are strongly supplicational in format and tone, finishes with thanks to the supposedly Divine beings which are being asked to carry out the various tasks to assist one, and Steve Gamble's 'affirmations' commence with "I thank the light that animates me and all living things". What you do when you thank any such postulated source is to reinforce the notion that it is an external source and not your own core essence, which latter is the highest source and therefore what you really need to be getting to help you (more) - and in doing that thanking and thus denying the true nature of your core essence you massively give away your own power.

Because in my healing work and the following Affirmations and declarations of intent I am working with and through my core essence I have no cause to ask for anything (which is a disempowering thing to do), and thanking parts of myself would be meaningless and again disempowering. ("Thank you, my right hand", "Thank you, my deepest level of consciousness", "Thank you, my anus", etc ...!)

An attitude of peacefully joyful acceptance is definitely helpful, but to place upon this the label of 'gratitude', as many people do, is unhelpful because straightaway it is linking what is actually a very positive and helpful attitude and state of mind with the implication of thanking some external source and so linking it to dark force agenda and 'vibes' again and reducing the effectiveness of the affirmations and declarations of intent.

The aim therefore is simply to affirm, not ask - certainly with a loving, joyful acceptance but with no hint of thanking - in order to progressively dissolve all the negative and obstructive beliefs and influences which hinder your being a full manifestation of your innermost nature, which, as far as anyone can tell, is the Ultimate (both part of it and all of it - or, more meaningfully, a micro-aspect of it), and thus to enable your core essence to function well through your physical aspect.

I say again, openly and clearly, and I cannot emphasize this too strongly: any asking or thanking of non-physical presences or sources is straightaway giving away your own power and complying with the astral agenda (which seeks to get us regarding ourselves as being 'lower' than non-physical beings and indeed to varying degrees subservient to them) and thus helping maintain some degree of dark force control and influence in our lives.

Actually, although among people in general at the moment thanking is a matter of normal courtesy because everyone is conditioned to expect it of you, if you are living in real enlightened, self realized mode you would gain greatly by NOT thanking people (in practice here I mean people who are themselves living in that sort of way and understand what you're on about and thus would not get upset at your not thanking them). The point here is that thanking is, at a fundamental level, ALWAYS a self-diminishing and self-negative action or gesture, and directs you every time away from a joyful acceptance of what has come to you, without any sense of obligation to another. If you are joyfully accepting something from a person, if that person is really aware, (s)he would sense this and share a beautiful feeling of a sort of mutual celebration in life.

Can you honestly say that anything like the latter is what you generally get from somebody thanking you? -- Food for thought...

Why I don't include anything about forgiving

A truly aware outlook knows no such thing as forgiving or forgiveness - because total love and acceptance is part of such an outlook. With total love and acceptance the concept of forgiveness is meaningless, because it sees nothing that needs forgiving. The concept of forgiving implies an initial grudge or negative judgement which is then relinquished - that relinquishment being what is called forgiving. This concept, then, definitely needs to be left behind by ALL of us for full and true self realization and clearance of all dark force influence. It is (surprise, surprise!) the dark forces which have put such emphasis on forgiveness into religions instead of total love and acceptance - convincing people that total love and acceptance is possible only in great spiritual teachers (who people then worship) and not in supposedly ordinary people. That's lies, lies, lies!

Many elements in the affirmations below are for rectifying the imbalances and distortions which the dark forces, via religions, mystical paths and a myriad other routes, have sought to bring to us to divert us from full, undistorted manifestation of our true nature.

About clearing of karma

As I explain in Karma - Cutting Through the Confusion, karma is widely misunderstood, and is by far the most effectively cleared without focusing on the concept of karma at all but instead through simply getting on diligently with one's self realization and opening up as a being of vibrant awareness, love and positivity. When you dwell on 'karma' you are entangling yourself in one of the myriad ramifications of dark force agenda.

The set of affirmations and declarations of intent which I present below includes elements which deal directly with the issues which could be labelled 'karma'. Nothing more is required there to assist the full clearance of karma.

The core star and assemblage point

These are virtual or notional energy structures which currently only a very small proportion of healers know about and still fewer 'see'. I describe them as 'virtual' or 'notional' because, like the chakras, they are not concrete, objective 'things' but are really representations to us of something more subtle which we couldn't otherwise describe in words and concepts. My understanding is that the core star and assemblage point are slightly different representations of the same underlying phenomenon by different traditions.

For practical purposes my energy testing indicated that, for me, it was most helpful, while recognising that fact, to treat them as though they both existed as separate 'things' and work with both of them for healing / self realization purposes - but more recently this changed and my energy testing indications were that it had become more beneficial for me to not make that distinction and to work with just one core point, this latter actually being a preferable term to either 'core star' or 'assemblage point' and getting rid of the unhelpful, illusion-based distinction between them.

These 'structures' are in a deeper level of reality than the chakras, auric system and hara line, and so need to be clearly distinguished from them. Healing work with the core star or assemblage point, when done effectively, bypasses any need to work with those other structures and levels of the person.

These virtual structures (both of them usually 'seen' as a point source with myriads of fine laser-beam-like energy 'rays' radiating out in all directions) both represent one's individual aspect of the fundamental, all-pervading, creating consciousness, so that they are commonly but misleadingly described as one's connection to Source. It's not that that description is exactly wrong, but it helps maintain the impression that you are separate from and connected to Source, whereas the crucial reality which we need to open to is that every one of us IS Source.

"Are you seriously implying that my belief in the Holy Spirit [/ my recognition of my level of enlightenment] is to be let go of?"

In a nutshell, yes! -- That is, if you're serious about full and true self realization and clearing yourself of all astral / dark force influence. I have listed in the affirmations below a summary range of dark-force-sourced ploys and lures that point us away from true, full self realization and the true 'homecoming' which awaits us when we die provided that the dark forces haven't lured us into their illusory 'higher' realities or astral realms. Among those deceptions are ALL religious and mystical beliefs and indeed beliefs in discrete levels of enlightenment or of consciousness which our spiritual practices are supposed to take us through (towards some supposed 'top' level).

The notion of levels of enlightenment or of consciousness which one attains is given to us by the dark forces, particularly through esoteric teachings and channelled information, both to get us comparing our supposed levels of 'attainment' against those of others (and thus to feed all sorts of ego, status and power agendas) and as part of creation of the illusory realities (including the 'ascension' myth) which can then ensnare us when we die.

About enlightenment, there is one and only one observable and definable transition or threshold, and that is the point where, through direct perception rather than just intellectual 'knowing', you recognise your innermost, non-dual level of consciousness as being your true identity, so that you then perceive yourself as being the 'space' (better described as a meta-space) within which all experiences, all objects and phenomena arise and appear to exist. That transition is generally known in Tibetan Buddhism as 'recognition of the nature of mind', and is something I've experienced myself, so I do know what I'm talking about. That, and nothing else, is the indicator of what could meaningfully be described as spiritual enlightenment; the rest is just a matter of progressively deepening your realization through clearing out emotional issues and dark force interferences and influences, and there are no discrete, set levels in that process, no matter what any teachings or 'Masters' may tell you.

Each person's clearance process will have its own particular nodal points of major insight, interspersed with apparent plateaux in progress, and dark entities will use any means to try and convince a person that such stages in one's own personal 'growth' represent the supposed levels given in esoteric teachings. Beware!

Also (Tibetan Buddhists especially note this!), I caution that viewing any particular point or stage in one's self realization process as 'attainment' is straightaway ego involvement and another of the myriad ramifications of dark force agenda.

"But surely you're trying to get us to become materialists!"

First, let's gently point out that I'm not trying to get anyone doing anything. I'm not operating a control agenda, and all I'm doing is pointing out, through my own observations and insights, ways in which we can bring about true and full healing and self realization for ourselves. It's up to each person whether, and to what extent, they choose to use the information and pointers that I give on this and other pages.

I empathize with the feeling and initial impression that I'm pointing people towards a more materialistic outlook, but that is actually not at all the case. Letting go of beliefs in any specific non-physical realities, and of 'the astral illusion' is an important part of the process of getting grounded and healthily balanced and taking your self realization process forward. However, that is something very different from disbelief, which is at the heart of the materialist-reductionist belief system and which is - if you stop and think about it - simply a belief in a negative hypothesis. So, a full letting go of all beliefs intrinsically lets go of all disbelief too, leaving you with the open mind through which then more and more of your true nature can manifest.

It has been a tremendous problem for Humanity in general throughout History (and no doubt way beyond) that the astral forces have been consistently duping and misleading people into believing and feeling that by getting ungrounded and thus opening to astral perceptions and opening themselves to all the actually deceitful illusions which the astral forces bring us, they are embracing 'spirituality' or 'being spiritual'. Indeed, this situation is so dire that I seriously want to find another single word to use instead of 'spirituality', which latter I see as all but lost to the dark forces as a lure and bait for people to become ensnared in the astral illusory realities. I want a word to use for what I'm having reluctantly to call 'true spirituality' or 'self-realization from your core essence' or 'living / working from your core essence'. At the moment it's much simpler to write off the word 'spirituality' and all that it denotes for almost everyone, and see its meaning as being simply a broader definition of what is covered by another familiar word - 'Satanism'. Yes, it's as serious as that - and for the most part people haven't a clue about this! That supposedly beautiful choir of cherubic boys singing exalting music soaring into the high vaults of their great cathedral, their words all about glorifying God and all His wonders are all working well for what they call Satan!

Letting go of all ungrounded, illusory realities is an essential part of getting in touch with the only 'higher' reality that is true to you - your own core essence and true nature. As long as you hold onto beliefs you maintain a considerable level of obscuration of that true nature of yours and are thus obstructing your self realization.

"Are you telling me I mustn't believe I have a soul?"

As noted further above, I'm not telling anyone that they should, shouldn't, must or mustn't anything. What I am talking about is simple cause and effect.

It is the 'dark forces' which, through various religions and spiritual / mystical / healing traditions, have got people attached to the notion that our true, enduring nature and identity is the soul. The purpose in their doing this is to divert people from recognising and manifesting their true nature as microaspects or microfacets of the all-pervading, 'creating' consciousness itself, and so to turn us away from enlightenment and full self realization, which is the only way to go in order to be clear of all hold of the dark forces upon you.

The astral forces' getting us to believe in our own fundamental nature as being the soul has a particularly sinister purpose, because that is the beginnings of their programming us to fail to dissolve back into fundamental consciousness after death and instead to go through sequential soul reincarnations which are part of a long-term process of being programmed and degraded by the dark forces - the end state of this process being your actually becoming an astral or 'dark' being yourself, in total delusion and controlled by the archons, which are actually astral control freaks (who see themselves as Lords) which operate the dark side's agenda for humans, both individually and through all of 'Creation' (what we imagine we know of it, anyway).

So, I'm not saying the soul doesn't exist or mustn't be recognised, but what I am saying is that it needs to be recognised as a particular level of our transient, incarnated being - a transient vehicle for our incarnated manifestation of our true nature and identity as microaspects of the 'the Ultimate'. I use the term 'microaspect' or 'microfacet' rather than 'part', 'fragment' or 'monad', because the latter three terms imply separation from source, and it is extremely important for us to remain clear that we are not separate from Source and indeed, as aspects and manifestations of it, we ARE Source.

"I am a highly accomplished Reiki Master and happen to be married -- Are you seriously telling me...?"

Yes, I am. I put this bluntly for you - do you truly want enlightenment and full self realization or do you want to adhere to the control (astral or dark force) agendas which you are currently still espousing? The two are totally incompatible.

I myself have a certificate (gained in 2001, while I myself was still unawarely being pixie-led by the astral forces) which bizarrely describes me as a Reiki "Master" - a designation that is not worth the cost of that piece of paper and nowadays gives me cause for some hilarity when I look at it, now that I understand what really lies behind that bogus designation.

Calling people masters or Masters is all power / control agenda and thus of 'the dark side' (as are the Reiki symbols and indeed to some extent ALL healing or 'sacred' symbols), and absolutely nothing to do with true healing.

As for marriage, it is similarly about power and control agendas (and not at all about true love) - control agendas not only between the particular partners but also in taking on the stipulations of a social, cultural or religious convention. A flexible loving partnership based on aware free choice and personal self determination is one thing (and for most people would be part of true, enlightened living), but marriage is quite another.

If you truly want to use healing methods that are for your and other people's deepest and ultimate good and are not being used as tools for entrapment by the astral forces, then you can drop Reiki right now, and, for your positive direction, for starters you can go straight to Healing and Self Realization - The Safest and Quickest Way.

"These affirmations are all very well but I just can't accept item xxxx."

Whether you accept any or all of the Affirmations is completely your choice and no-one else's. I point out, though, that not accepting one or more of them means that you currently have an issue that's standing in the way of your full self realization process. The good news is that there is a really cool and smart way in which you could address that issue, and that is to put your judgements, beliefs and stressful thoughts relating to any problem item to inquiry, using The Work. Another excellent way that you could use to progressively and quite rapidly clear such issues and free your mind is various of the methods which I point to in Healing and Self Realization - The Safest and Quickest Way.

Then, if after working on the obstacle thoroughly by such means, you still have difficulty with that item, it would be helpful for you to contact me and briefly tell me about it, just in case it relates to something which needs to be clarified on this page.

It must be pretty obvious in fact that I'm well aware that many people will initially have considerable difficulty with certain items in these Affirmations. After all, the latters' very purpose is to focus us on clearing out all our attachments and habits which are standing in the way of enlightenment and self realization, and so they are intrinsically challenging. For most of us some of that will feel threatening, frightening or plain crazy until we've started opening up our minds and deeper awareness. The good news is that you can go through a daily formal read of the Affirmations even if some parts do initially trouble or grate with you - bearing in mind that by doing so you are beginning to face issues which need to be cleared whether you like it or not.

Alternatively, you can actually skip those items which you really choke upon. The Affirmations which you do read will still help you, and indeed regular use of them will make it easier in time for you to start including those items which you were initially skipping.

Nobody is forcing you to actually change everything in your life faster than you can manage. We each need to work at our own pace. A balanced approach to self realization involves a measured approach to bringing about positive change in your life - otherwise you'd actually get into a seriously ungrounded 'self-realization burn-out' which is another type of obstacle to self realization, and indeed another cause of vulnerability to astral entities.

"What have you got against vows, then?"

ALL vows, however innocent or righteous they may appear, work effectively as self made curses and increase your connections with the dark forces. When you make a vow you are being a dictator, seeking to control what you will be doing in the future, when actually situations are bound to arise for which different behaviour would be for the best interests of yourself and all involved people. What you do when you make a vow is to create one or a group of thought forms which then persist and control you for the rest of your life, so taking away a part of your free choice and often later on causing emotional and indeed eventually physical health problems. When your mind operates in this way, it is in control-agenda mode and thus compliant and resonant with the dark forces - and dark entities and influences immediately have more hold on you, and indeed would encourage you to strengthen the vow and even make additional ones.

It is thus extremely important to renounce and dissolve all vows that you've ever made, if you are to clear yourself of dark force interference and influences. In no way would that have a deleterious effect for you; indeed, it would enable you to get responding to situations in more appropriate and beneficial ways than while you were carrying the vow(s).

It's worth remembering that even the most virtuous-seeming vows, made in religious or spiritual traditions, are still all about control and not free choice, and it is the dark forces which have caused vows to be so widespread and highly regarded in such traditions - all of these traditions being dark-force-inspired snares for people who started out really seeking true self realization. If you want to be sure that you will behave in only 'good' and not 'bad' ways, the only way to bring this about in a truly meaningful way is through opening up the love and freedom of your true nature, and that means full self realization and clearing the hold on you of all control agendas, whatever their sources. A human who is being controlled to do the supposedly 'right' things is not being good in any worthwhile sense; (s)he is simply being a puppet or automaton. Wouldn't you rather be a true human?

Old contracts and agreements with 'the dark side' - bogus from top to bottom!

The following Affirmations and declarations of intent include a section on disregarding and dismissing of any contracts or agreements which one may ever have supposedly or allegedly made with any apparently external energies or entities (which of course covers all manifestations of 'the dark side') or supposed extra-terrestrials. However, while it is prudent to include this in the Affirmations, I want to avoid reinforcing a popular 'dark side' sourced misunderstanding about such agreements.

It is commonly made out by various healers, 'lightworkers' and psychics that any major interferences which you receive at the present time from dark entities are occurring because at some time in your (alleged) incarnational history* you in some way agreed to their being with you, whether explicitly or implicitly, and you'd never since then cancelled that agreement and so they regarded you as fair game. For example, this may have been when you were supposedly, in one lifetime or another, involved in magic or dark practices or had wished somebody severe harm.

* Indeed, the very notion of your having a prior incarnational history may well be a fiction from 'the dark side', as yet another part of their nefarious agenda. The truth is most likely to be that if you have an overt problem with astral entities you are a new soul who hasn't incarnated before, and you are being targeted by the astral forces for that very reason.

I've come to understand that this was my own situation, and that all claims of my past involvements / agreements with 'the dark side', and indeed of my having had previous soul incarnations, were complete lies - and they came to me independently through a small number of healers, lightworkers and psychics in different parts of the world - showing how the astral forces co-ordinate their activities on a global scale, even for a single person if it suits their agenda.

A related scenario which is sometimes put forward to explain your current dark entity problems is that your own (alleged) higher consciousness made an agreement with 'the dark side' to 'drop you in it' with them in the current lifetime in order for you to receive certain learning / strengthening experiences for positive purposes - and so again supposedly there was an ongoing contract with the astral entities for them to be interfering with you. That was one of the stories which I myself was given to account for my own troubles.

What these supposed explanations have in common is that they are FICTION, given to the respective healers, 'lightworkers' and psychics by astral entities, to give people the idea that they themselves had at some time invited the entities in, and thus they were stuck with the interference, which they themselves had supposedly agreed to (i.e. until they had taken some appropriate action to formally cancel those contracts) - or, to put it another way, entity troubles are supposedly the affected person's own fault. I myself have had a gutful of such implications from various people who, considering their apparent general level of awareness, you'd have thought would have known better.

Naturally the astral entities will seek any means to get you to believe that their intrusions and interferences upon you have come about through your having made some agreement with them in the past - at least implicitly through your supposedly having taken part in some sort of dark-connected practices, and they will ruthlessly press that agenda through misinforming anyone who is the least bit psychic.

One of the problems about such psychic people passing on such misinformation to people who have entity troubles is that the people with those problems will usually more or less believe what they are told about the origin of their entity troubles and as a result will create thought forms which are actually a simulation of the fictitious contracts, so effectively creating contracts with the dark forces which weren't there before - absolutely bogus contracts, but nonetheless making it still more difficult to get rid of the entities.

So, the practical point here is that the item in the following Affirmations which is about disregarding and dismissing contracts is not meant to imply that any people at all with entity problems are really bound by any supposed contracts from the past, and indeed it is intended to get people focusing on the fact that they are not bound by them and there is NOTHING that they need to do to cancel those bogus and usually completely fictitious contracts. So, the relevant Affirmation speaks of disregarding and not cancelling.

Indeed, at every moment throughout the world astral entities are tricking people into agreeing to comply with them in one way or many, and may well seek to claim that the people are then bound by agreements or contracts which they made. But these are NOT valid contracts, any more than it's a valid contract when a rogue salesperson tricks you into signing a contract which supposedly commits you to paying your life savings to him or his rogue firm.

If you regard such 'contracts' as valid, then you're being your own worst enemy! It makes sense, therefore, simply to completely disregard any claims that you've agreed to anything, because if you had agreed to anything, it was through your being tricked or put under duress, and that doesn't make valid contracts.

You free yourself from any notional or postulated contracts simply by being clear with yourself that you completely disregard ALL claimed contracts (other than bona-fide ones with other humans, of course) as being invalid and not worth a second thought. Easy!
You regain your power not by bargaining or working hard to cancel and annul something which isn't valid in the first place, but by standing your full height and laughingly declaring "BULLSHIT!" and joyfully getting on with life and your self realization process without further consideration of any such contracts.

N.B. If you are aware of any notion of yours to the effect that you have or might have a contract with any non-physical entities or energies, then, as well as using the Affirmations I strongly recommend use of the Grounding Post procedure to dissolve any thought forms that you may be carrying which are maintaining the illusion of your being bound by such a contract. Also extremely valuable for dissolving such beliefs is the clear regarding of astral entities as not being conscious entities at all but just rogue programming in the form of thought forms. Once you no longer regard them as actual conscious beings, any sense of having any sort of contractual ties with them much more readily dissipates.

"How can you possibly know that Jesus / Maitreya isn't soon to come?"

I don't. You've missed my point in the affirmations. They are NOT for getting us to believe anything, nor about whether any prophecy is true or not, but about letting go of beliefs and 'story' so that we can get fully into harmony with 'What Is' rather than 'What Might Be" or "What The Holy Book Says Will Be" or "What the celebrated seer NostraDoom Says Will Be" or indeed "What Melchizedek or Archangel MichelMaus Says Will Be".

Despite all the ungrounded, astral-sourced predictions and prophecies (replete with 'dark agenda' involving illusory realities) that come two-a-penny through all manner of psychics, mediums and 'seers', NOBODY has any means of knowing for sure whether or not Jesus or Maitreya is going to make some grand entry on our stage, just as neither I nor anyone else can absolutely know that in a few years' time Winnie the Pooh or Uncle Tom Cobley or Gilgamesh or you or I or any other specific person won't be ruling the world. In a nutshell, our reality is simply 'What Is', and nobody has any means of knowing what the future holds for any of us or for Humanity in general. We can only speculate, and if we are misguided enough to allow those speculations to be fuelled by astral ('dark') sourced stories, then we are brewing major and serious problems for ourselves in the future.

The astral or 'dark' sources use all manner of ploys and deceits to get us believing stories which are for conditioning us into accepting their power / control agenda, and belief in a forthcoming arrival of some great leader is part of that agenda. Self realization is pretty well stopped in its tracks by adherence to any notion of having some great leader or ruler, for that handsomely gives away your own power and any acknowledgement of your own self determination. Do you want to become a puppet or 'sheep' led by some revered and supposedly 'great' leader, or an enlightened, free, happy, fulfilled and deeply realized human? The two are not compatible. The choice is yours, and I can't make it for you.

"You don't think very much of extra-terrestrials, then!"

...To which I'd reply "And you've very nicely missed my point!".

What at least the vast majority of people experience as contacts from or channelled / 'telepathized' information about extra-terrestrials actually comes from astral ('dark') sources. One of the dark force ploys to get people starting to condition themselves to the notion of being ruled by powerful (actually astral) 'lords' is to create stories (illusory realities) involving supposed ETs (e.g. Pleiadeans, Reptilians, Greys and Sirians). In some of the stories they are presented as our forthcoming rulers, while in other, more sneaky, stories, they (particularly alleged Pleiadeans) are seeking to help us.

In fact, the only way that genuine, bona-fide ETs could really help us would be by passing on to us some practical technology which would assist us in coming quickly to live in greater harmony with our environment, and then, to put it bluntly, buggering off and minding their own business so that we could live our more environmentally harmonious lives still with self determination and responsible free choice, without outside interference.

You see, just suppose that some ETs did arrive on the scene genuinely believing that they'd come to help us. Unless it were just a matter of passing on some vital bit of technology and returning home, they would be acting just as unhealthily as the person who is always seeking to help others while not putting her own needs first. That sort of behaviour has a negative and disempowering effect for those who are being 'helped', quite apart from harming her own physical and mental/emotional wellbeing.

In the case of any ETs coming all the way to Earth, it is hardly going to be because of a little personal concern or quirk like that, and there is almost certain to be a highly problematical agenda involved, whether or not the particular ETs are aware of it. We need to remember that the astral forces interfere with not only what we regard as humans but with ALL beings which have underlying human-like qualities, anywhere in the Universe (or presumably any other universes). So, almost certainly any actual, physical ETs which ever arrived here on Earth would be, awarely or unawarely, 'dark force helpers' who are furthering the aims of the astral ('dark') forces.

As far as concerns the many experiences that people have reported of having been abducted by ETs, my understanding is that in at least the vast majority of cases the supposedly abducted individuals were particularly poorly grounded people, who astral entities were able to inveigle into astral realms (illusory realities) in which the apparent abductions occurred. These encounters would have been with astral entities posing as ETs, and would have increased the astral or 'dark' connections of those particular people - those situations virtually always having been used to put implants and other energy devices in the person's energy system to bring the person more under the control of 'the dark side'. I write more about this in Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side', in which I also describe some experiences of mine with astral realms.

"It looks like you're saying we have to let go of all sense of right and wrong - that is amoral and EVIL!!"

Nothing is intrinsically right nor wrong nor good nor bad - the reality is that things are simply as they are. 'Good', 'bad' and 'evil' are just labels that people stick on things or people's actions or outlooks when they feel that they should or shouldn't be that way. What the use of such labels actually tells us is that the people who are using them are fighting against reality and thus causing stress for themselves and others, for, as I say, the reality is simply that things are as they are, or to put it another way, 'What Is' is - and there is no intrinsic "should" or "shouldn't" about anything..

Sure, on the face of it, to many people this would appear to be a troublesomely 'amoral' outlook. And in fact in an important sense it is amoral - because our whole concept of morality is itself based on those judgemental, fighting-against-reality labels which we stick upon things or people's actions, and therefore needs letting go of.

Is a puppet 'good' because it does only what it's made to do? Is a human good in any worthwhile sense because he follows a plethora of rules and obligations and proscriptions without thinking for himself, and so never producing the uniquely tailored, optimal responses to situations which he could otherwise do? That's actually how the astral forces seek to get you living - as a puppet, an automaton, ultimately of theirs.

What the protesters against the more enlightened view have not yet taken on board is that when we let go of all those "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" and come into harmony with What Is, our own fundamental love and awareness, which spring from our deepest essence (the all-pervading creating consciousness itself) becomes free to operate, and then we can respond to each life situation flexibly on the basis of love, consideration and fully responsible free choice. That cannot be achieved by means of the rules, prohibitions and obligations of so-called moral codes, which are actually ALL sourced from the dark side - i.e. the astral forces of delusion, ego-power and control, and which exclude the possibility of the love which is our true nature operating and directing our thoughts and actions.

An enlightened, truly loving outlook, free from rules and 'moral' judgements, therefore, actually leads to the best and most effective actions to improve one's life and the lives of others. Would you really want less than that?

"But I myself have nature spirits communicate with me, and I know they're real!"

Yes, and that's a serious problem for you. Like the so much loved and revered Archangel Michael, who also countless people 'know is real'*, these are presentations that are being given to you by astral ('dark') entities in order to lure you into one or another facet of their convoluted agenda for ensnaring you and me and every single human and diverting us into illusory realities which prevent us from 'going home' when we die.

* Even I for a while thought he was real, though stopped short of believing that I 'knew' it or indeed 'knew' anything. When you really are convinced that you 'know' something you are in real trouble because you are then unwilling to examine your belief to see if it is really as true as it is claiming to be. The fact that you 'see' a radiant non-physical being who claims to be Archangel Michael most certainly does not prove anything about that apparition's true nature and identity.

I have never 'seen' supposed nature spirits myself (although there was a time when I tried a little), but I did have an illuminating experience relating to them in June 2005 when I stayed at the Findhorn community in north-east Scotland for one of their Experience Weeks. During that week, one of our evening events was a talk by a local artist by the name of Brian Nobbs - a lovely and highly accomplished, 'open' and deeply aware man - who had completely disbelieved in such things as nature spirits but had been introduced to them by one or more friends (I can't remember exact details now) and had started 'seeing' them himself, and so reluctantly had come to 'know' that they were real, despite his scepticism. He showed us some of the beautiful drawings he'd made of some of them, and there was an extremely beautiful picture in sketch style which he'd produced which showed an old man being led by the nature spirits to their king.

This king of the nature spirits was surrounded by many of them who all looked, despite superficial differences, remarkably like angels rejoicing around a throned 'God'*, but in a nature setting. What was very apparent in that view was the complete lack of any sense of free choice. It was all a matter of each of those spirits (yes, including Pan himself) having its own place in some degree of subservience to and in some manner worshiping their king.

* This itself is very much from an astral ('dark') source, as are all beliefs in and images of angels and a supposed 'God' as a human-like (or super-human-like!) being.

Although that picture was an artistic work, it did reflect in essence an experience which he'd related to us in that talk at Findhorn. I cannot remember now whether he'd had the experience directly or was recounting what one of his friends recounted to him, and I don't remember all details, but the gist of it was that the particular man was doing something in a wild area of woodland not far from Findhorn when he became aware of a group of nature spirits which were threatening him with bows and arrows, telling him to stop what he was doing and go away and stay out of those woods.

The man gently asked them why this was, and they came out with a list of manifestly justified woes about how humans (actually not referring specifically to him at all) were destroying and desecrating our natural environment. The man then told them about all the spiritually advancing and environmentally friendly projects which he and people at the Findhorn community were doing, and the nature spirits steadily relented as he told them about this and eventually told him that now they knew of all this he personally was welcome there, and they would pass on their leader(s) (or maybe king - I can't remember now) what he'd told them.

Now, things don't add up here and straightaway point to a simulation from an astral ('dark') source. If nature spirits are of truly 'high' (allegedly angelic) source, then why do they threaten a man with symbols of power, violence and indeed death like that? Also, how could it be that such non-physical, supposedly very high-sourced beings didn't know from direct observations of theirs about the sterling environmental projects being carried out, promoted and facilitated at and from the Findhorn community?

At the present time my 'reading' of the situation together with what I've heard or read of other people's experiences with nature spirits (as people perceive them*) all point to their being fundamentally of exactly the same nature as the so-called ascended masters, archangels and other higher beings - pure invention from 'the dark side'. There are so many different kinds of these bogus higher beings simply because (a) that helps to lure people because it gets them fascinated, and (b) different people have different 'tastes' and resonances, and so while some people would readily connect with apparent ascended masters, others would most readily connect with, say, goddess figures or archangels - or, of course nature spirits.

* This qualification is important, because in no way am I claiming that there aren't true nature spirits (because nobody could actually know that), but my point about them as with all higher beings is that what actually present themselves to us are bogus. Because of this problem, we can never actually know of any true higher dimensions containing non-physical, beneficial beings, because any genuine communications from any true higher beings would at once get obfuscated and distorted by interference from the astral sub-reality.

So, that's why it's been essential for me to add nature spirits to the list of non-physical and supposedly higher beings which we need to completely disregard and ignore. You don't need 'prods' from nature spirits to get you paying more attention to environmentally friendly living. Indeed, if you use the following affirmations diligently you will become MUCH more considerate for Nature and your environment in general without requiring admonishing or supposedly guiding contacts from non-physical entities who are ALL in their different ways seeking to lead you astray.

Nature spirits seemed to be quite a 'thing' for a proportion of the Findhorn community and various connected local people, in addition to the community's pretty well universal 'thing' about supposed angels. What this shows me is once yet again how the astral forces are insinuated into even those organizations, movements and communities which are apparently aspiring to the highest ideals and doing tremendous work for promoting spiritual 'growth'. People then take on some version of the illusory realities that have been given them, and, lo and behold, they are already at least starting to become ensnared by 'the dark side', and have, to say the least, a very shaky long-term future. That is the BIG problem about the whole concept of 'spirituality', which lures people away from true self realization, which latter would free people completely from the clutches of the astral forces. 

I've been chanting the OM [/Vajra Guru mantra] all my life and I'm not going to stop that now as it's the key to enlightenment.

Well, yes, such mantras can be regarded as keys if you like, but if they are keys to anything at all it is to an astral-sourced simulation of enlightenment - i.e. an astral realm in which you'd be ensnared after your death - and NOT the real thing. This is one of the great pernicious things in religions such as Buddhism. In Buddhist teachings there is actually all the information you need to reach not only enlightenment but full self realization, but it is all confused, convoluted and obfuscated with masses of astral sourced distortion and plain fiction, and nearly all the supposed means toward enlightenment that you are given are actually astral sourced snares which divert you into astral realms and not the true state of 'enlightenment' (what I now prefer to call fundamental awareness or fundamental clarity).

What the chanting of a mantra does is to increase the hold upon you of the astral forces of delusion, ego-power, control, fear and negativity - even though usually in a covert way - through a process of ungrounding your awareness. As I say, it leads you into astral realms, not fundamental awareness ('enlightenment'), for that can be obtained only by opening fully to your core essence. For that you need to use practices and lifestyle which increase your grounding.

I should point out here that formal meditation sessions, even when done under the direction of your local friendly 'qualified' guru, are themselves ungrounding and therefore lead you to astral realms rather than true 'enlightenment' and self realization. That is another way in which Buddhism and various other Eastern religions are seriously harmful.

If you still think that your mantra chanting or indeed meditation is your key to 'enlightenment', I suggest that you consider carefully how it is that of the countless people who do regular daily meditation or / and mantra recitation / chanting, such a vanishingly small proportion actually reach true 'enlightenment' and particularly true self realization (in fact at the moment I'm not aware for sure of anyone who has actually achieved the latter fully in the whole of human history).

Are you seriously suggesting that I should regard God as "just a bit of rogue programming?"

There's no 'should' about it, for I'm not in the business of telling people what they supposedly should or shouldn't do! You are fully free to believe that God is Up There on His throne, that God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or indeed that the Earth is flat. However, whether you would actually benefit in any really meaningful way from doing so is altogether another matter!

In Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side' I explain how, as far as I can tell, all supposedly higher presences (including what people regard as God) are constructs or simulations given to us by astral entities, and I also go further and explain how it is most likely that all astral entities are themselves not actual beings at all but indeed, just 'rogue programming' in 'thought energy' or thought forms which originally started to accumulate in the astral sub-reality when probably the very first human-type beings (very likely in a universe prior to this one) started innocently using the astral sub-reality for the purpose of practising magic to boost their sense of personal power - not realizing the likely very serious consequences of what they were doing. My own working experience suggests that to fully and deeply let go of the notion that any of those apparent entities are actual conscious beings, and to regard them instead just as remnant power / control oriented rogue programming with no consciousness is colossally disempowering to those 'forces' or influences and greatly reduces their ability to intrude upon oneself - very much underlining the probability that the 'rogue programming' view is pretty bang-on as to their true nature (as far as it could ever be known).

The Affirmations

The set of affirmations and declarations of intent linked to below is best read to oneself daily for fullest effect - carefully, with deliberation and meaning (whether silently or aloud), and this would be most effective if done before one starts going about one's daily business.

However, a weekly or even just occasional reading will be much more beneficial than no reading at all.

The problem about not having a scheduled regular interval between readings (whatever that may be) would be that you soon forgot or neglected to read the Affirmations at all - because your negative tendencies would tend to direct you away from anything which would clear those negative tendencies.

To make the Affirmations really powerfully effective, use them in conjunction with the Clarity-Sphere™.

Because the set of affirmations had become large enough that I expected that a fair number of people would feel discouraged from reading it on a daily basis, I have produced a shortened, 'Essentials' version for fitting into short time-slots.

The best procedure short of the optimum of reading the full set every day would be to read the short version daily and the full version, say, weekly.

The above shortest ('Lightning Bolt') version is NOT a replacement for the other versions but is intended to be gently held in the mind (NOT intently focused upon) throughout everyday life till it becomes part of your intrinsic self perception. This can greatly aid your reaching the point of enlightenment. This is in addition to the use of the detailed sets of Affirmations

Caution! If you use this particular version, it is particularly important that you keep your awareness well grounded. If you do not, it can be very harmful! There are many people who would use it in an ungrounding way or at least without its being balanced with suitable grounding activities. Ungrounding of your awareness always results in increased opening to and connection with the astral sub-reality of illusion and delusion ('the dark side') and the massive problems which it contains.

I particularly warn against formally meditating on this version, as that is one of the most ungrounding things which you could do to your awareness - harmful if not downright dangerous! Formal meditation is problematical enough at the best of times in that respect, even without such an ungrounding focus.
